Overview

Molecular and Medical Imaging

Molecular imaging first emerged in the early 21st century from the field of radio pharmacology.  It is used to visualize cell function and molecular processes going on inside without disturbing them. Molecular imaging is usually used for medical purposes such as diagnosing diseases like cancer, neurological diseases and much more. This new field has a huge medical potential that could help doctors all over the world diagnose patients with complex diseases or disorders  more accurately and quickly.
